Press Release

On October 11, 2025, members of the New York State Police arrested 19-year-old Bryson L. St. Germain from Ogdensburg, NY, for driving while intoxicated.

At approximately 4:07 a.m. on the same day, troopers responded to a property damage accident on State Route 56 in the town of Norfolk. The investigation revealed that St. Germain was driving a gray 2011 Chevrolet north on State Route 56 when he failed to maintain his lane. He exited the roadway and struck a utility pole. During the interview, St. Germain exhibited signs of impairment. Troopers administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), which he failed.

St. Germain was arrested and taken to SP Massena, where he provided a breath sample that indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.11%. He was subsequently released on an appearance ticket to return to the Town of Norfolk Court at a later date in November.
